Ester Wines is a specialist importer of estate bottled wines from artisanal producers around the world. With a background in hospitality as well as the wine trade, Adam Dugmore founded Ester Wines in 2014. Ester Wines started with a strong Italian focus, but since the beginning the portfolio has grown to include wines from Champagne, Austria, New Zealand and North America. Our aim was – and still is – to find outstanding independent producers of wines which exemplify the character and qualities of their individual regions and bring them to the UK. Following several years’ experience as a Sommelier at a distinguished 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in London, when Adam is researching new producers, he always looks for food-friendly wines. Wines with purity and a sense of place, but most of all wines we want to drink.
